Abstract

The notion to try to establish a learning approach that encourages students to actively ask questions arose from the fact that students were not asking many questions during sessions. The primary focus of this study is the economic learning outcomes of students. The goal of this study is to ascertain whether learning outcomes have improved and to compare learning outcomes before and after the intervention in the experimental class using the "questions students have" learning model and the control class using the traditional learning model. This research was carried out at SMAN 1 Langkaplancar. The quasi-experimental approach was the research methodology employed. Purposive sampling was used to choose 72 students in the 10th grade at SMAN 1 Langkaplancar for the study sample. A 60-item multiple-choice test served as the study's instrument. With a significance threshold of 5% (0.005), data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25, specifically the paired-sample and independent-sample t-tests. A Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.010 was determined based on the study findings. The experimental class, which used the "question student have" learning model, and the control class, which used the conventional learning model, had different student learning outcomes following the instructional treatment, as indicated by the Sig. (2-tailed) value being less than 0.05.
