Pengaruh Penerapan E-LKPD Berbasis Pembelajaran Mendalam untuk Meningkatkan HOTS Murid Pada Materi Pasar dan Struktur Pasar

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing E-LKPD integrated with deep learning principles in stimulating the acceleration of students’ higher-order thinking skills. The methodology adopted in this study was a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design conducted at SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. Through purposive sampling techniques, 28 students from class X-3 were selected as the research subjects. Data were collected using a 15-item multiple-choice test instrument that had been validated by experts to measure cognitive abilities in the domains of analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6). The E-LKPD proved effective in improving students’ HOTS, as indicated by the increase in the average post-test score of 92.62 compared to the pre-test score of 40.95. In addition, the results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores, with a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) < 0.001 (p < 0.05) and a calculated t-value of 13.952, which was greater than the t-table value (2.052). The paired sample t-test results were further supported by the N-Gain test results. With an N-Gain index of 0.881, the effectiveness level of the media reached 88.11%, which is qualitatively classified as a high category. This performance improvement was consistently observed across all tested HOTS indicator dimensions. Conclusively, the integration of deep learning-based E-LKPD has been empirically proven to significantly transform and enhance students’ higher-order thinking skills in economics learning materials.
