Pengaruh Keaktifan Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar di Kelas XI SMAN 15 Muaro Jambi

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of learning activeness on students’ learning outcomes in the Economics subject among eleventh-grade students at SMAN 15 Muaro Jambi. The research employed a quantitative approach using a simple linear regression analysis design. The population consisted of all eleventh-grade students in the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 41 students. The findings indicated that students’ learning outcomes tended to improve when they actively participated in the learning process. Students’ activeness was reflected in their involvement in answering teachers’ questions, participating in classroom discussions, and expressing their opinions during learning activities. Therefore, the more actively students engaged in the learning process, the better their learning outcomes were. These results suggest that student activeness plays an important role in enhancing academic achievement in Economics learning
